Hi there.
The best you’ll be able to do is hunt down a replacement attachment for the existing cross tube shown in your photo to accept a quick detach swivel. If what you already have has a grooved ring on the inside of said tube, all you’ll need is the QD swivel.
The original versions that came with the police folders are very rare. I’ve haven’t been able to find another in the past 20 years.
Uncle Mike’s makes the QD swivels, but not sure if they sell the replacement tube needed as a set. Have a look at their website. Aside from that, might be available on PayBay.
Here’s what the original one looks like. I parkerized the folder to match the rest of the gun.
Also, these pistol grips tend to be brittle after so many years, so pay attention how you use it. Have your shoulder take the brunt of the recoil, not the pistol grip.

I suppose you can make your own. An exact sized bolt fitting the cross tube with a hole drilled and tapped to accept the retention bolt on the opposite end. Gut a QD swivel to fit the bolt through.
Find a long bolt where the unthreaded/neck portion is long enough to eliminate the bolt threads from rubbing and damaging the inside of the tube.
