Does anybody know why i cant send messages on the pistol threads?

Since you can post here, I'm guessing you tried to reply to a for sale post in the Exchange Forum. This is not allowed by design. Only the originator of the post can reply/bump in the Exchange forums.

I can enter the forum but when i try to reply its a no go
and yes i have my rpal

Since it appears that you do have EE permissions, I'd recommend logging out of the site, clearing your browsers cache and cookies and closing the browser. Then restart and log back in.
