Help!

Hello,

I'm just posting this notice because my order #### was to be delivered today by UPS. However, I only received 1 out of 2 packages, and when I called UPS they said that they only received 1 package to be sent out, but my order status says that two packages shipped and delivered. Total weight was 45lbs for the order, first package was 15lbs, 2nd never came. It also concerns me because when i first called around 1pm they told me to wait until 7pm because it could be delivered up until that time and now they are telling me that they only received 1 package to be sent out?!? awesome work UPS...

I have sent an email, and also called and left a message with my phone number at the store tonight, i know you are closed, so hopefully tomorrow you will get it. I'm not sure if maybe you just sent out the one package so far, and will be shipping the 2nd shortly, it just concerns me that my UPS statement paper for this first package says 2 packages to be delivered Feb 7th and I've only received 1.

This is my first time dealing with SFRC, so I'm not familiar with their shipping practices.

If you track the item (www.ups.ca) you'll see that it says multiple items on the bottom. One was delivered today and the other is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Sometimes multi parcel shipments get seperated in transit or go out on different days...or sometimes we fill the UPS truck up and they pick up the rest the next day or later in the day.

oh geez... I feel a little dumb. I apologize for wasting your time.

Although I don't understand why UPS didn't explain that to me over the phone, they were under the assumption that both were suppose to come today also.

Oh well.
