350 seems like a OK price so I picked one up . Gotta say very happy with it , nice smooth action and reliable . I wish I would have discovered them sooner , my 10/22 won't be seeing the light of day for quite awhile.

Just got a henry small game carbine (22lr) and have been loving it, my other henry has been seeing much less use. Congrats on the purchase, I think your 10/22 will feel pretty neglected over the coming months!

Very happy with all my Henry's to date.

At $350 you could buy 3 for the price of a used 9422 or 39A......

Thank you, I guess my impulsivity paid off this time! Getting ready for small game season. Hope you find one and jump on it, if I come across one for sale I'll drop you a pm.

Ah so you snagged it! I should have bought it before going on vacation...lol.
Enjoy the rifle.

I haven't had any complaints with mine, probably 500 rounds in since last cleaning. I've been able to hit a gong at 200 yards with irons

I picked up one of those lovely little Henry rifles at the Vernon Gun Show yesterday. Well finished and fitted, smooth as glass. $400 taxes in, new in box. Frank, the knife dealer from Chilliwack has them. Sorry, I don't have any contact information. Maybe someone else here does.

Not quite as good as the finish on the much more expensive BLRs there but every bit as tight and smooth.

Canadian Tire in Vernon has the Mare's Leg versions.
