Lots of contradictory info on the add - I think there are two models, one with a 20” barrel, buckhorn sights and no chokes and one with a 24” barrel, bead sight and chokes. Which is this or is it the combination that I have been wishing for with 24”, buckhorn sight and screw in choke?

Henry states the 20" lever 410 has rifle sights front and rear with a fixed improved choke barrel, or no choke barrel. We own this model. The shotgun shown in the pictures is a 20" or 19.75" to be exact model with no choke and rifle type sights.

The 24" 410 model has a front bead only with the option of screw-in chokes. It comes with a full Invector style choke.

Henry makes a total of six different 410 models, four in lever action and two in single breech/break open actions. See link below.

I have no clue which model that the dealer has in stock. Like you said, some information is mixed up.
