I saw on one of the Shot Show videos Henry Arms is coming out with a Semi Auto wood stocked 9mm. 16.5 inch barrel . Would that be legal here in Canada ?

I just watched the shot show video, very cool indeed.

Need to add 2" to it to make it more appealing to the Canadian market, and at the same time give the current government the boot.

I liked the video as well ! I’m not sure in its current dimensions and a semi auto if it would be legal here as is ? I realize the Sock Boy wants a lot of these rifles gone but with current laws would it be legal ?

18.5" barrel is non-restricted

16.5" makes it restricted

Apparently the semiauto long gun amendments to C21 have just been withdrawn. All these PCCs are safe for now.
