Henry Customer service

Let us know how it goes with the stock.
I recently enquired about a spring for my lever action as mine was a bit bent, I thought that was causing issues with it occasionally not going into half-#### position. They offered to send me a new spring and hammer for free, didn't even ask about serial number or date of purchase.
I enquired a few years ago about a stock for my AR7, was told the ABS stock was $30US back then, no offer to replace it. Not wanting to pay the $30+ shipping, and seeing the ABS in the description, I just used plumbing ABS cement to fix the crack.

If you get better results, let us know. I will try again if it goes well for you.

I used the Contact Us on their website last night. Got a response shortly after 10:00 this morning indicating that it would be no problem to ship parts to Canada. When I emailed back to inquire as to cost of the replacement stock and shipping charges, the lady said there would be no charge, "just consider it an early Christmas present from Henry". I am, to say the least, VERY impressed with Henry's customer service.

Don't like the cheapness of their rifles.. When it comes to levers, JM stamped Marlins are far superior in design and craftsmanship.. I believe Henry is making a lot of Marlin models under license...but with painted receivers.. so not to Marlin quality

I just got off the phone with Henry regarding my AR7 stock. Took less than a minute from "Hello" to "Thank you so much". They had my info in their system from my last time dealing with them, so it was faster. The asked what happened to my stock, I said that I likely dropped it, but wasn't sure. He replied with "No problem, since it is the season, I will just send one out,no charge"

I think I like Henry, more than a friend now.

Please let us know when/if you receive your stock. Still waiting for mine but still it's only the 3 week mark so not real worried yet, especially given the season. It's been a while since I've ordered from the US.

I got the package last week. Only problem was the packing slip said "stock with buttcap", the package only had the buttcap. I called them and they said they would send it right out. So, I'm still waiting.
Sounds like a warehouse issue, it was packed and shipped on a Monday (the day I called). Not a big deal for me, no plans on using my AR7 any time soon.

That is a nice rifle Sir.
It is nice to read about their excellent customer service.

Hmmmm...interesting. I guess I need to give them a call next week, as I haven't seen anything in the mail as yet. Thanks for the update.

I got my AR7 replacement stock yesterday, with a buttcap in the box as well, so I now have a spare buttcap. It came well shipped in a nice Henry Survival box, looks like a retail box, that was inside a regular shipping box. Can't say how impressed I've been. That is two packages in a month, and over the holidays to boot.

The stock I had was the older Henry style, they sent me the newer style. Only thing i noticed with the new style, is that it is not one piece like the old one, looks like a few pieces glued together. Not too concerned, they seem to stick behind their products.

Reading in the other current Henry thread about the bad customer service surprised me. Both times I called, I dealt with a gentleman that was super easy to deal with. Almost too easy I thought, it seemed too good to be true. Maybe they were having a bad day after the holidays and going back to work, I know I've had about 3 of those this year.

For two phone calls, under 10 minutes of my time, and a month wait, I have a new, upgraded stock. I had been considering upgrading to the newer style if I ever saw a good deal on a used one. I'm super grateful, and have a whole lot of respect for Henry.
