With an MSRP of $360 USD for the .22, I may just have to track one of these down when they hit Canada. 
Could be a fun little plinker, especially if they are non-restricted. It could be fun to have one in a hip holster out in the bush.

Looks like Wanstalls is trying to bring them (Henry Mares Leg 22) in. They are already a Henry dealer. There is some chatter about in their CGN sub-forum about the Rossi Mares Leg page 94-95. The Wanstalls guy said he was looking into it.

if need be can we put 50 bucks or 100 bucks deposit on one to get him to act, and what about the hosters and stuff, there is a website offering holsters and stuff bu can not remeber what it was called

"Wanstalls" is a firearms retailer that advertises on CGN. If you refer to the thread I mentioned, some one on it makes holsters for Mares Leg style firearms.
I made a phone call to Henry repeating arms today.
They have started shipping out to their US dealers last week!
They also said we will probably not see one until September in Canada (I just checked my e-mail and Henry repeating arms ;with any luck 4 to 6 weeks the importer will have them here in Canada )

I'm really liking this Mare's leg. I need another lever gun to replace one I traded away several years ago, and my latest is just not up to par and will be sent back to the dealer. So again I'm left leverless. This sure looks like a really nice rifle. I've never owned a Henry - that might have to change.
