Henry or Puma?

My puma 92 I got this year, does not have the bolt safety. It is listed as a Puma, not a Rossi on the registration certificate.

Might be an older gun, but I understood from the dealer that they only came in a couple of weeks before I bought mine.

It does have a "safe" position on the hammer though.

Does your rifle say 'Made in Brazil' on the barrel?

I have had both, both were good rifles. I really like the way Herry treat there customers, even got email from the owner thanking me for my purchace.Look at there web-site and take a look how they build there firearms, Wow.You do get what you pay for with them!

You guys really aren't making my life any easier, y'know?

Thanks for the info all the same. I'll let it stew, and hopefully find a place where I can see'em first hand.

Where can I find a directly sold by Rossi M92 here in Canada? If they are indeed cheaper than the new Italian made ones, I'd definitely go for one of those.

As for the Henry, I have never seen an uglier, more unbalanced looking, seemingly overpriced, lever action in my life. Sorry, just my opinion.

I recant on what I said about the henry haveing an open mag tube,I looked at one and they have a pull out mag tube like a .22 rifle. They are probably a well built rifle,I got the Rossi Md92 SS SRC instead.
