Well, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one. SIR has them on sale, $268+. From what I read, Henry Rifles will no longer making this version (22LR round barrel). Only producing the octagon barrel version now. It does look nicer, but at ~$400+, a tad too pricey.
This one should be $300 to my door, for a nice looking plinker.

I got to handle a friends, I wonder how well it will cycle shorts though. It could make a great squirrel\rabbit gun.

Well, I finally got her last Friday and just took her to the range today.
Holy accuracy, Batman !! And using bulk ammo to boot !! Me likey lots !!
This is gonna be a great gofer gun in the spring.
