Here's a couple PRS practice targets I made that you guys can download and print for yourself if you like.
These are kind of an inverted Christmas tree kind of deal where you should aim for the red square at the bottom but dial up to hit other places on the target.
Its a great way to practice at close range with an air rifle or 22 while working your scope dialing skills for longer range shots.
You can use a highlighter to color in any squares that you want to hit, maybe to replicate specific stages of a competition... Like this sample below.
It's made for 35 MOA but you can still print to suit a MIL scale.
Print to whatever scale fits your needs for MOA or MILs and the distance you want to shoot.
I print them scaled for 10 yard air gun and 25 yard rim fire practice.
