Heritage ranch rifle .22 mainspring kaput

With only 20 shots fired I would think a warranty issue unless you bought it used. Would be nice if they just sent the part to you but you will likely have to send it to them for repairs.
I Bought it brand new only 20 shots and the mainspring broke In half. Not sure why but could be due
To temperature outside, it was zero degrees. It’s a $7 part and a simple install. Spending $500 on a now paperweight because of it sucks. I’ll Give Gravel a shot, thanks .

So far mine has run excellent. If Gravel is the Canadian warranty center that who I would try first. Ordering a $7 part from the US turns into over a $50 part quickly with shipping. 0 degrees shouldn’t have been an issue, spring was likely bad from new. I liked the rancher so much I decided to buy a Uberti in44-40.
