Hi guys advice here is appreciated.

I bought a heritsge roughrider in december 2017.
After two range trips of less then 100 rounds it started keyholing at 3 yards and spall came back on the shooter.
When cleaned a large chunk of lead measuring 6 mm long and 1.58 mm high was pushed out of the barrel while cleaning. I'd never seen this before.
I contact the vendor and they warrantied the pistol.
It took months bit came back to replace as a new gun.

All good right? Wrong.
Rinse and repeat. Two range trips less than one hundred rounds down the pipe and the pistol has heavy leading after on 12 or 24 shots. Spall coming back at the shooter, keyholing at 3 yards and heavy carboning and all the finish on the cylinder down to the steel and little on the pitted aluminum frame at the chamber the bottom of the top strap all had no finsh left.
So I contacted the vendor again and waited months.
I wasn't worried because stuff happens and I have warranty.
Well I guess I don't.
Both the manufacture and the dealer have washed their hands of me saying I'm out of warranty.
I'm at a loss I paid close to 300 bucks for this pistol including two shipping charges to send them in for warranty and I have nothing. The pistol is being returned to me not replaced or repaired with only Heritages offer to fix it ar 50 dollars an hour US.
What am I to do?
I'm out 300 have a broken pistol unsafe to shoot or sell. Do I turn it in to the rcmp and eat a 300 dollar loss for 200 rounds and 4 range trips?

Ouch my head.....

That would be a much better idea thank you.
Turning it over would stick in my craw like you wouldn't believe. I may require craw removal surgery so thanks again.

You could try lapping the barrel to smooth it out after cleaning. Might make a bit of a difference.

The cylinder seems to be out of timing causing the problem.
When it comes home I'm gonna see if it's fixable.

Thanks for your help.
