Sup all names mike, I just turned 20 and got my restricted license a few months ago and I have already started a decent collection. I'm not really a fan of the older collectors models I love everything modern. My arsenal so far consists of a .44 Taurus Raging Bull, a Bushmaster A-3 shorty carbine (which I'm currently moding), and lastly a Dominion Arms Grizzly Mag shotgun which I just got in yesterday. My future plans is to buy a glock (not 100% on what model) as well as a Springfield XDM but with the enlarged clip as the standard clip I'm having problems. My dream toy would have to be the .50 Desert Eagle, I absolutely love this gun (mainly due to the fact that I grew up on shooters).

Its nice to find a Canadian forum with people talking about guns, it seems like most people in this country are so terrified of guns nowadays (at least the people I've met) that its hard to meet people that actually own a rifle or handgun of some sort.

Thats all for now cya all on the topics :D

Welcome from Edmonton

Every person that you can educate helps our right to enjoy firearms. Tell your friends about your hobby and see if you can get them out.

Welcome, and yes it is good to have a Canadian firearms forum.

Just a tip to a new member, when you ask a question be sure to make a search for you topic first before making a new post. Many questions come up again and again and some people have no greater joy that to flame those who as a previously asked question.

I usually find what I need to know in a search and at the same time deprive the flamers of their sport.

BTW how do you like the Grizzly? I am kinda keeping my eyes open for a "tactical" style shotgun.

Cheers

Ha thanks for the tip m8, I know what you mean with the flames I used to be bad for flaming people on other types of forums lol.

As for the Grizzly I havent shot it yet but I'm lovin the outright design of it. Its a 15'' I added a front and rear pistol grip as well as a adjustable stock. Being February In Alberta I probably wont be shooting for awhile because my range is outdoors and you pretty much need some serious 4x4 to get to it in the winter.
