Hello,

I'm obviously new to the community and looking to learn as well as scope out my first purchased gun. I've got a friend on here who has been around guns a lot longer then I and is showing me the ropes. PROVEing and such.


What I'm looking to get from this site:

I'm interested in meeting a few people that are into the aftermarket customization of the Ruger Mini 14 (post 180 series). I almost decided to buy a Mini 14 that was a 180 series and after doing a bunch of research, I'm glad I didn't. I'm hoping to get tips, advise and learn what works and what doesn't.
