Hey to all the people here!

*I forgot to post here as one of my first posts*

So here i go,

I'm fairly new to the firearms business,
Been shooting now for 3 years,
Ive always had a big interest in firearms, everything about them... the look, the feel, just fascinated about them.

My first firearm, was a handgun, the CZ 75 SP01.
I never even did any research at the time on what I should buy. All i had in mind was that it had to look good ( and be reasonably priced )
Now that I know all there is about the CZ line of weapons , I'm glad I made that choice as my first. Actually quite proud of myself. :D

After shooting that around for a year, I decided to up the firepower.
My second firearm, was a 12ga. shotgun.
I was looking for something with a tactical look , and on a budget.
This time I did my research, what I "wanted" was an Remington 870 XCS .
What I ended up getting ( due to my budget ) was a Hatsan Escort.
Im actually quite satisfied with its performance. Found out theyr not bad.

and finally,
My third firearm, was the CZ 858 4V Tactical.
Again, Budget. But nonetheless, an amazing weapon.

Some future purchases that interest me are:
-HK Mk23
-FN Five Seven
-1911 (maybe buy Norinco)
-Remington 870
-Black Rifle = Ar 15, Rob Arms XCR, or something else of that nature.
-Heavy caliber long range rifle... .308, 30-30.... along those lines, scoped.

Yes, I have quite a list. And none of those seem to be budget purchases, but I do intend on saving.

I believe firearms are tools , and art masterpieces. Engineering greatness.

Thanks for reading.

Hi to contract from another newbie... :)

Glad to see a .308 on your list of future purchases, that's my baby! Just bought my second one for target rifle/Palma competition, there's nothing quite like shooting at 1000 yards... with no scope. :p

Welcome Contract. Excellent choice on the CZ Shadow. They're similar in design to the Holy Grail of 9mm's, the Sig P210. My Shadow feels great in my hand, has a clean breaking 3 pound trigger, and so far has had no FTE/FTF issues in 400 rounds.
Now I'm getting into handloading for it; it's waaay too easy to go through a lot of ammo with these things, and I'm looking for a cheaper, more accurate round than commercial.
