Mia is gonna be 14 years old, i told her while my PC was on CGN to open all the banner stores and choose a rimfire rifle for her anniversary....
Forgot about her and went outside to work, after a while i am back in the house and Mia say to me come and see i did pick one, is it ok, she had picked from Wanstalls a Savage M93R17 Skull edition....
We did ordered it on the spot, she is all excited and cant stop talking about it...
When i get to the club to zero the scope, the guys will give me the evil eye, somewere, it was a great afternoon pleasing a grandkid and ordering a rifle, what else can i ask....ok there is but...lol... JP.
 
Right on Grandpa! I also like to spoil my nephew, he's 14 and has more gun than I did when a was 22yrs old!

Just bought hime a combo 4power/Eotech type scope for his 14th B-Day for his Mini Scar!

Was looking for what to top the Savage skull 17 HMR and i found in one closest a brand new unopened 3200 10X40 Tactical, i think it is gonna make a sweet rig for Mia with a 6-9 Harris style bipod, i will make sure to shoot the first 100 rounds, grampa prerogative... JP.
 
That's awesome! Not a grandpa yet but will def be following your lead one day. Three daughters should get me a bunch of grandkids :)

You dont know how much it fill your life until they start to buch up around you, the only ones that dont shoot is because they are to young, i knew my work here was not over when those cardiologists brought me back from my 7 minutes leap... JP.
