hey everyone. i guess i joined this forum in the beginning because my boyfriend seems to be on it 24/7 and i wanted to see what all the fuss was about :cool: Im from NB and im not a gun owner (although im sure in the future it will change haha) but ive shot some of his quite a few times and i kinda like it :p ( im not a bad shot at all either ;) ) So i decided to join here to find out more about just the whole "gun" world in general and to just have a place to chat with other people.

so yeah welcome me since its the nice thing to do and all! :dancingbanana:

Im sure ill have lots of questions for everyone soon enough!

Good to see anyone who is interested in shooting getting a foot in the door and learning about the whole fraternity. Ask anything you can think of and you will be sure to get answers and don't be shy about participating in any discussion.

thanks for the welcome. muchly appreciated. i guess i was very unknowledgeable about shooting before but since being with the boyfriend, hes taught me alot (that guns arent "bad" as most of the public perseves them to be nowadays) . Now hes just trying to convince me to get my license which im sure i will do in the future and then.. i want a pink gun hahaha.

Seriously, though, good on you both. Welcome to the board, Dutchess. Hopefully you will come to embrace our simple live-and-let-live philosophy and agree that the only purpose for gun control is to keep the muzzle pointed at the target.:D

nah, shes alright, comes to the range, shoots a little, and she volunterred some time at the gun cubs pig roast, then again at a youth fun shoot. mayb shes here to buy me presents off the EE.

i should have chosen the name cgns barbie doll or something lol since all i seem to want for guns and knives is in pink :) And since hes taught me to shoot im getting better and better. I thought for sure ill be sloppy :p

I really like it too! Before i started seeing him i was totally "anti guns" but now i like going to the range and learning! And im all for Cowboy Action ;)

Too bad this sort of thing would not happen more often - just think of the women we would have involved in our sport.
