Hi cal peep sight for sks opinions

Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone has purchased and used the rear peep site from hi caliber for the sks, is it worth the money? Better shooting? Just looking for some feedback thinking about buying one! Thanks!
 
Great addition for the sks. I have one and am quite happy with it. It was around 60$. It fits well and with a little adjustment for windage I find it easier and definitely quicker than the original sight to acquire the target. I've lent my sks with peep to many people at my range and all the users were quite impressed. No elevation adjustment was needed for a six o'clock hold to 100 yards. Longer distances required a dead on aim. Elevation is achieved with a grub screw but I haven't used it. Definitely groups easier than original sight. And I don't work for HICAL. Cheers

Having a peep sight with a thin front post drastically improves groups.

I'm using the Williams rear peep but the hical peep is way more solid.
 
Why such a deep peep sight is it tapered inside? I have seen other peep sights but not as deep as this one.
 
They have the channel, then a step down right at the end to sharpen the sight picture, we wanted it to be as rugged as the rifle, so its a bit overbuilt....
