Hi folks I am a brit moved to Canada and a real Gun Nut. I have worked in a gun department in the Uk for over 10 years ( and also ran the gunsmith worskshop for nearly two years. I hope that I can contribute and learn from this site many thanks for letting me join your forum SJH

ok will try but most of what we sold and worked on were shotguns, side by sides and over and unders , a few semi autos and very rarely pumps. apart from that .22 rimfire, and 22.250 and 243, no miltary stuff apart from this Iam afraid it was mostly airguns

Welcome SJH. To 99% of us here a gun is a gun, we love them all. So where in the wild frontier do you call home? Town isn't necessary, just general locale. I live in the Kootenay country of BC and it is considered a little bit on the wild side. Mind you so is just about anything west of the Ontario/Manitoba border.
