Just a quick hello from the big city of North Battleford Sask. Quite a few shooters in our area use the local range but the down side is that its only 300 yards max. Im more interested in the long range stuff, but being the great area that I'm in, the shots on gophers and coyotes can be pretty long sometimes. Longest shot on a gopher to date is 545 laser ranged yards with my Tikka T3 tac in .308. That same rifle has also taken a coyote at a ranged 949 yards, all bone stock and shooting 168grn win ballistic tips. Ive also got the same rifle in .300 win mag but I havent stretched it out yet, as it was my Christmas present from my wife. Also have done a 300 yard one shot head shot on a coyote(no wind) with my .17hmr
