Just wanna say hi to all you fellow CGNrs. I have been browsing this site for about a month now and just wanna say that it is greatest site ever. A little backround on myself: I am in my late twenties, married and have 3 kids aged 5,3, and 2. I just got into shooting at the start of this year and as of right now I am the proud owner of two 22's(thanks to tick for one of them), a 223 (mini 14), a 308bar(thanks ramhunter), a 300wm, and a 12ga. So I think I have most of my bases covered for now. Next up R-PAL???? I don't do any hunting yet but I plan on getting into it SOON. :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana:

Can we assume you are another of the EESA members?[/QUOTE]

Thanks for the warm welcome and yes, I am a member of EESA! Which also means I have to put up with Stormbringer!! :D :D :D

Welcome to CGN, sawatzky.
I am sure you will find this to be the best gun forum around.
Of course, you figured that out already!.
Have a look at the Newbie FAQ section. A link can be found in my signature line below.
I hope you enjoy your visits here!

Great photo

I saw the beautiful young 'chicks' in the photo. From what I see, they are charming and bright. We have two sons, ages 8+11. I have only shot in the past two years. I have been using all sorts of firearms but my 11 year-old son and I are really attracted to long-range with a simple scope so far.
Yes, CGN is a good spot to explore, welcome.

Groundhog season is here - well - it will be when it warms-up a bit more.

I got lucky and shot one on March 23rd!!!

They're tons of fun to shoot and it will help your hunting skills.

You'd have to hurry to get your hunting license and turkey course - turkey's are a great challenge too!!!

Looks like you have a great collection to start!!!!!

Enjoy!!!! SD:canadaFlag: :dancingbanana: :canadaFlag:

Go big or go home, right?? Actually it was a combination of a lot of overtime and a close freind split the $$ on some of them with me.

wicket, as far as this place being addictive, too late, I'm hooked!!

Sounds like a good arsenal there!!! Hunting is a way of life!!!! You'll either love it or hate it!!! Shoot often and welcome

I'm new here as well. I'm from SW ont little farther south than sawatzky. I got my pal about 1.5 years ago and have .22 .356win and 12ga.

Took me awhile to finally take the plunge, with lots of proding from my brother 330Dakota and some of our other gun nut friends I am here.
