Hello everyone from the Yukon! We would certainly appreciate it if everyone did their utmost to pump as much CO2 as possible into the upper atmosphere. This morning it was -46C and tonight it is already -43C so by morning who knows! Global warming seems to be passing us by for some reason.
Seriously speaking, I appreciate the opportunity to participate in this forum and hope that we can contribute as much as we absorb from the posts. Our particular interest is old English rimfire target rifles although we also shoot trap as often as we can.
Thanks again for the invitation and I hope this finds everyone happy and healthy with powder dry.
Take care.

Luxury! We're hitting 50 here in Yellowknife!!! It was minus 46 yesterday and my vehicle sounded like it threw up when I started it.

Welcome aboard!

Wow!!! Good to meet some good old Canadian brothers from the north. I guess you don't get out shooting with temps sitting at -46 eh? I'm from London, Ontario. It's almost -2 here. It's still to cold to get out. lol....Hang in there guys spring is coming.

Yup you're a little cold up there. Time to rub noses with your special lady. Only -12c here (Sherwood Park AB) at time of this writing expecting -20 tonight. We have dipped down to -35c last couple of weeks. But on a positive note all you "far north" folks have the best hunting and fishing in Canada (maybe the world), not to mention the scenery (I've been up your way)! Do I envy you? Darn right I do!

Welcome to the board! I saw on the news this morning that your at -43 with windchill in Whitehorse, and Yellowknife was at -40... Usually it's the other way around with Whitehorse being a bit milder, IF you can call -43 mild...

Cheers

Hi from southwest Ontario. My orange tree is in full bloom. I had a co-worker, he retiree 5 years ago and moved up there. He loves it. Thinking of doing the same. He moved to Dawson. What's it like getting reloading stuff shipped re costs etc ?
