Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the hobby. Looking to buy my first 10/22 and start target shooting. Sadly I'm in Toronto which seems to greatly limit the options.

Look forward to learning from the forum and eventually being able to contribute.

hi mars, look in to joining a gun club soonest, there are some nice clubs around toronto area and north of toronto. way north lol
 
Welcome to the sport & to CGN. Both are great.

Hopefully you have a car because there are numerous clubs outside T.O. and as a bonus you get to leave that city for a while.
I used to live near Bathurst & Finch for many years. Now I am halfway to Barrie and have a coffee in the morning & watch the deer.

Hey there!
Joining a shooting range is a must.I think there is a nice rifle club in Burlington area, right by the lake. From what I've see it's a nice place and would be about 40 min drive for you (assuming no traffic) But there are also a few nice places north of TO as well like Colinjw mentioned.
