Hi point in 40sw

its direct blowback i think, it is why its so HUGE.
while searching for my first restricted i was about to buy one in 9mm, but bought a TT-33 instead. glad i did, HI-point are so big and un-ergonomic i would have regreted it.
check for norincos too, for 300$ you get a brand new copy right now.

its not that its a junk gun, most review said its very good. people just dont like the size and weight of it. people bash norinco just because they are cheap, same thing with hi-point.

I seen a guy using a High Point at the range in the lane next to me once. I packed up my kit and moved 6 lanes down. I didn't want to be accused of knowing the guy. I should point out he was wearing a wife beater and his baseball cap was on backwards. I didnt want to catch a bad case of gheyness from him. Those Hi Points are nasty guns.

Nothing wrong with them. Reliable, accurate and a great warranty. They are what they are, cheap pistols. I would take one over a norinco any day.

I have owned a couple, most people that trash them have never owned or shot one. disassembly is a pain.
