Hi power clones in Canada?

Have you guys seen any hi power clones in Canada? I know norinco has one, not sure if the China hi power is decent?

Stay away from that Norc FEG clone! Worst Norc I ever came across, and I have owned my fare share of Norcs. Your chances of finding one are pretty slim in the first place. MarStar hasn't stocked those things for years now.

Do yourself a favor and look for a real HP and not a clone or a FEG (unless you are actually looking for a FEG?).

There are good HPs out there for less than a K.

I got my VG condition 1970's vintage Browning HP on the EE for $600.

Keep an eye also on Armco (armco-guns.com.) He actually has a 1988 Browning HP on there at the moment at $780. I got a customized Argentine HP from him a few months ago. Not as pretty as a nice commercial FN but excellent trigger, adjustable sights and skeleton hammer, courtesy of his gunsmith buddy Clarence. Very nice indeed.

Majority of FEG are HP clones and parts will swap. Some are that weird S&W lock up with DA pull but not many in Canada.

Hitzy is right I bought a FEG p9m frame from him and used all Inglis internals and slide it all worked except the trigger lever was a little long I just have to file it a bit and it all works.

I think the Norinco HiPower copy is actually a copy of that double action FEG.
