I believe they are replacing them with P226s. It's about damn time.

Why do you believe that? There are a few Sigs in limited applications, but the general issue sidearm is still the Inglis.

The bite is easily solved, replace the spur hammer with a bobbed one a la Inglis Hi-Powers
