Welcome! You need to apply for EE (Equipment Exchange) access. Usually it takes a few days since the mods have a lot to process.

Go into your user control panel in the top left of the screen, next to the word forums, go to group memberships, join the EE ( Equipment Exchange) when it asks for a reason, put in your internet service providers name. IE shaw cable. Then you have to wait tell your approved, you wont get an email, just one day you will be able to get in. Give it a week or so.
