How do they load? I know the 795`s will work in the old marlin mod 70`s, will these also work?

Dave was very enthusiastic and friendly on the phone. I received my 70 and 30 rnd drums just a few days after i ordered them. I actually ordered the mags before I ordered the gun. I won't be shooting with them for a few more weeks. My initial thoughts of just looking at them and handling them are good. They look like they can be taken apart. Seems like heavy duty polymer construction. I like the 30 rnd because it tucks up under the gun nicely. It doesn't hang down as far as the stick mags. The 70 is big. And heavy. My only concern would be if you dropped the mag and or the gun with the mag in it. The neck on the magazine may not handle that kind of stress. But I think Pro-Mag has good warranty service on their products. I will post again after I have shot them. Thanks Dave for the quick service.

I didn't call, but last I heard highcal didn't have these in yet. Missed the boat...and didn't know it had even hit shore! What's the ETA on more 30rd. drums? Man the waiting involved with these mags is killing the excitement of potentially owning one.

Any magazine is very difficult to come by these days, let alone a specialty one! We have lots of everything on backorder, with no ETA yet.
