Hickok45: Dan Wesson Revolver .357 Magnum

I have one of these with 5 barrels between 2" and 10"...very accurate revolvers. A big heavy frame that makes a N frame look light, And the forward cylinder latch take a bit of getting used to. Well worth grabbing one if you can find a good one!

Just out today with my Monson built 44 mag. Bought it in 1984 and best revolver I've ever owned. Built like a tank and the accuracy is fantastic due to the tensioned barrel design. Finish isn't anything like an early Smith but the stainless has held up well after 30,000 rounds.

Very under rated and under appreciated.

Wondering when we are going to see the new production ones pop up here, and how they stack up against the old ones.

I didn't know how the takedown system worked previously. It was good seeing it explained. I'll have to find a nice .357 someday.
