I just placed an online order with the a/n. I did what was noted, loaded the form, right clicked, saved it to Documents, loaded that form up, filled it in, clicked SUBMIT. It seemed that nothing actually happened. Is it just me, or does it actually get sent??

Thanks in advance.

It's been a while since I ordered from them, but going from a leaky memory I think what happened when you hit the submit button was it opened a new email message with the file automatically attached, then you manually sent that email.

You have to fill the form and send it via email. Never had any issue with Higginson's. Even if ordering from them in today's online world is a little archaic. They generally have the best prices and stock anywhere in Canada.

This is probably why:

You have to create an association. Alternatively, as previously mentioned, just save the completed form and manually attach it to an email.

I just call them. Have the parts numbers ready. Last time I called forgot one number and they looked it up. Best part is it comes wrapped in a bag same as stuff from the vet so the mail woman actually drops it at the house thinking we need it for the horses. LOL. Usually it’s just a parcel ticket in the box for most stuff.

Yeah, like many others, I just phone my order in. I've dealt with them for many years and never had an issue. They have a very quick turn-around as well. Great guys to deal with. They also keep all your shipping/pay information in their data base so your phone order goes very smooth and fast.

I don't use the "submit" button.

As others have mentioned: Fill out the form and then save it as a file (.pdf) to your hard drive. Then create a new email and attach that file.
Simple, takes slightly longer, and works well every time for me.

Phone method works well too.

They don't have real time inventory for their huge catalogue of products they carry (Lee, MTM, etc), so phone calls or email questions about this or that item in stock are necessary, and they get back to me fast. They have always provided great customer service to me.

I'm glad I phoned. I had the wrong number for a bullet mold and the fellow picked up on that right away. I would have gotten a 6 cavity instead of a two.
