I know that this is the wrong forum for reloading, but wht I need came from here. I need to find the person or site that has the burning rates and loading charts for the Higginson surplus powders. For now WC867 is the priority. :confused: :( :) bearhunter

If I were you, I would send an e-mail to Andrew asking for the provenance of that powder and its lot number.
I'm pretty sure it comes from Hodgdon.
Then, I'd send another e-mail to Hodgdon for more info, telling them it is a lot sold by Higginsons Powders. They always answered my queries.

BH; FWIW, WC867 is just a hair quicker than H870, which there is ample data for. In My 264 I used 74 grains WC867 for about the same velocities that 75 Grains of H870 gave. I would take 5% off an H870 starting load and work up from there. Regards, Eagleye.
