There are a few options out there that are easy to install. If you google add a rib you'll see one option. There's several types to choice from - fixed and adjustable also.

I am not interested in an add on rib, I want a high rib installed on a plain barrel model 12. Is there nobody in Canada that does that??

If there is they are rare as hen's teeth nowadays. Price to install a rib on a model 12 would probably make you think twice. It usually means a reblued barrel as part of the job. At least that is how Simmons did rib installs on model 12's.
