I may have the spring, I have to check, Part # 10461 ? the grips look right to me.
The muzzle brakes will carbine up bad if not cleaned out, there is a tool made for that.
I think I am out of the barrel stud, # 10110; will be next day before I can check for you.
These are very nice pistols, built as good as anything out there.
Are you sure about the 102?, looks like a 103 to me.
My thoughts as a Hi standard dealer, collector for years is that the 102-104 are the hi point of Hi Standard quality.

Yes those are factory breaks, If / when you take them off, make sure you back out the set screws far enough to clear the barrel,
they don't have come out all the way, you may be able to see from the top how bad they are, I have seen them filled with carbon.
I never had any luck soaking them, But in the general firearms diss. they are talking about EDs Red, and that may be something to try.
Haven't got to the shop yet to check my springs, will p.m you.
The wood grips where a option, at that time , standard later on the high end models.
Not sure about the glue , maybe better than a punch and big hammer sometimes in some hands, heat may fix that?
