I get mine custom order from US through Canadian Dealers. Most dealers do have special orders. It's just up to the dealers whether they charge you a very reasonable markup or an absurd markup.

Edit: I meant to throw in a general plug for Colt Canada, their barrels are the finest cold forged available, super accurate and also triple lived over others. Their rifles are arguably the finest in the world.
