Why does every job posting have the same ridiculous people demanding $100 per hour?

I'm assuming you already make $200 per hour at your current job, so why do you care?

Why not? Ask for the pay you want, dress for the job you want, not the one you have. Is that the old saying?

If companies posted the numbers upfront, they would save themselves time and the people looking for a job wouldn’t have to ask needless questions. Most jobs are about the money, that’s it. If it’s the main motivator, put it in the description and be done with it.

By the way, I like Tenda, nothing against them. Haven’t let me down over the years of business.
