Hey guys,

Anyone in Nova Scotia interested in shooting a historical arms service rifle match, drop me a PM for more info.

You could always commute to Ottawa for the semi-annual EOHC milsurp shoot on the 16th... ;)

Only rules are basically WW2 or earlier, original config (ie, not bedding, fancy add ons, etc. and no optics :) Shooting slings allowed, if issue and period. Exceptions are made for post-WW2 production of WW2 era rifles. For example, a 1952 Springfield Armory M1 is OK, but a 1956 Springfield Armory M14 is not.

Basically we do the same thing Claven2, historically accurate rifles, as issued. We get a 3 person committee together at the match, and they sit down to hash out any possible issues at the time of the shoot wrt rifles being fired.
