I'm taking a physics for re-re's class and as part of one of our projects he (our prof) wants us to describe the development of a certain invention. Based on the answers given in my questionnaire my topic is the revolver

I know the basic story of the invention of the revolver, but I also wanted to know about the developement of brass cartridges, adoption and common use of the revolver and all that fun stuff. If any of you have sources (net or otehrwise) that you`re willing to share, that would be great !

There was a show on the History channel or A&E, called "The history of the Gun" You might be able to find that! It was a few years ago as I remember!
