My Ruger Mark III 22/45 has been excellent, accurate, and a pleasure to shoot.
I'm playing with the Hiviz litepipe front sight. The litepipes are interchangeable with the supplied quick change key.
The problem is that I can't figure out how to work the key. No instructions seem to exist either from Ruger or from Hiviz.
Apparently, I'm supposed to slip the key between the litepipe and the holder. This will release a little thingie I think I'm seeing, and I should then be able to slip the litepipe out toward the front. Or, maybe out toward the back.
I can't slip the key between the litepipe and the sight body.
I can move the litepipe forward a mm or two by using a punch, but that's it.
It must be really easy once I get the trick. but it's certainly eluding me.
