I know there is interest in this particular item....I have a 16.5 on mine and some times would like a little more real-estate on there than the standard rail.

I spoke with a Wolveine Supplies Representative about this today and figured I would get the ball rolling on this. I will be for sure ordering one, so let me know who is interested.

We could also consider Geissele (They made one for the HK416/MR556 line still awaiting on HK417 though) rail as well now that WS is bringing some of there stuff in as well, that would be more cost effective as a second option.

REMEMBER CGN MEMBERS THE MORE INTERESTED AND CONFIRMED THE CHEAPER WE CAN GET THE PRICE DOWN TOO!

Lets get this going guys...

All put a deadline soon but first will give this some time to garner interest and spread the word to the HKMR308 owners...

We could even do a trigger run and magazine run two for those 20/5rds as well.

Here is a pic of what we will be getting, seems worth it depending on how you want you rifle set up that day....

Wolverines qouted me at $1050 for 1.....From when I spoke to there sales agent he said he could see what can be done, but he mentioned 10 being the number. So if we get this number for another qoute from HK or whoever WS is going through will come up with a price for us...

I'm not interested in an MR308 rail, but I would be interested in an HK MR223 extended rail possibly two. But certainly not if they're at the ~$1000 range. Can the group buy mix-and-match between MR223 and MR308?

can you get some for AR15? I have one for my Noveske N4 and the rail is boss as hell

For HK line, if doing a group order it has to be for HK products, but I will ask, I take it you are referring to Geissele, I'm not sure if Wolverines will or combine that order...

So far it does not look good of anything with only 2 people interested and myself committed as 1.

Yeah it was the Geissele. THats what I thought the order was for, but now that I opened the link, I see I was misinformed. Sorry buddy

$1k is too rich for me for a rail right now but if it was more reasonable I would want one for MR223.

That is why we need like 10 people on the list, then we get a qoute and see if any of you guys are on board or not...

Numbers do not really make a group purchase, please e-mail sales@wolverinesupplies.com for prices and availability.

Well at $1050 for an HK extended rail that was quoted by Wolverine Supplies to me is crazy, if that price can not be brought down to something more reasonable or sensible then I can't see anyone ordering that part or even bothering with this line of products in general in Canada. There is no reason why a rail that cost half that in the States should be as expensive as what is quoted to me. The whole point of the group buy was to get prices down to something that makes some kind of sense. Problem with the HK line is no one bothers to actually support its accessories...

I was told to get at least 10 people interested in it and you guys would get quotete for me, if you guys are not willing to do this or have no interest in it now, then that is fine...

For the prquoteduted to me how on earth can anyone think that makes sense...I could buy a rifle or scope of good quality for that....It's insane...

Whats the markup on these from R'Nichols again???

There is a reason why many just give up on this line in general,..

I'm not poifingerhe fingure at you guys at all because I know you guys are not the distributor but perhaps it is time HK at home sees why there sales suck compared to the potential here in Canada.. And I don't buy the argument that HK does not care...

In the grand scheme of things the Canadian market is extremely small, and for Hk is merely a crumb in a bag of bread.

Considering how many sales HK has lost to LEO agencies in Canada due to parts availablity I think HK should reconsider, and despite there contracts HK has spent a lot of money on R&D and the amount of contracts they have is not as big as one might think.
