Anyone know if the Heckler & Koch GSG-5 is legal and purchaseable here in Canada? If so, who sells them?

There is a Canadian distributor in Vancouver for the GSG-5, but the RCMP have classified it as "Prohibited". I understand the distributor is currently appealing this ruling and may end up taking the RCMP to court.

why prohibited? Just because it looks like an MP5? FFS, its a semi .22, no different from a 10/22... I hope they win their lawsuit because I really want one...Are you talking about Blueline that wants to sell them? Thanks anyways
