Yeah I do... I get my mags from Cals sporting amory in California. I am still trying to source a good place for a cheap extra barrel. BTW, if you get a squib in the USP..your gonna have to drill the barrel to get it out...thats why I want a spare having had two of them...
I think you should ask Maurice as I have only 4k rounds through mine he is like 12k plus I think on his USP.
I have like 15 mags now for the thing. I clean it every 200 rounds or so. Other than barrel maybe a couple of the springs might help.

Shot IPSC with a USP .45 for two seasons. Zero parts failures, gun is well over 12,000 rounds. Hammered a few squibs out too, maybe .45 is less problematic?? Wolverine was my source for parts, sights, ambi safety, match trigger etc...
If you are looking for spare parts get a flat (sear) spring or two they seem to break fairly often. If you ever plan on changing out recoil springs, get extra roll pins and c clips too, as once they are removed they never seem to work right again. After that it is a crap shoot, maybe a firing pin, maybe an extractor.
SPeaking of which (firing pin), they appear to be replaced with a slightly beefier pin in new USP's. I have a bunch of spare parts (extractor and extractor spring, firing pin and springs, firing pin block and spring, roll pins, hammer spring, flat spring, followers). Only thing I have had to replace is the firing pin. I have replaced followers, but you can get away with just sanding out the rough spots/chips. My recoil spring in worn in well, but not in a bad way. Just make sure the gun is lubricated with gun grease of some sort in the proper spots.
I think $25 for the Pin, but it is nearly impossible to tell if it is the new one or the old one. FN sports has some stuff in stock, but I heard the Match trigger kits are not going to be in until August. I tried sourcing the kits but could not find any in the USA. Hence i have to transfer the hammer spring and trigger rebound spring over to my New USP stainless. I got to go work on this tonight, and get to the range tommorrow.
I use CLP on the ramp to removed crud, and even use some to clean the barrel and insides of the mags. I use SLide Glide Lite on the slide rails and all around and thru the recoil spring/ buffer assembly. I also put slide glide on the hammer strut. I suppose a gun grease would work well on those parts as well.

yeah I am thinking more and more about just leaving the trigger alone and not getting the match stuff...it seems to be getting smoother and smoother especially in the last 1k rounds..Do you know where the best place to go for a barrel is? Cals dont list them..do you think they will ship one up here?
I get most of my stuff from FN sports via my dealer. I have ordered thru Cals and RobertJohnson.com

Well worth it and production legal. The trigger stop is helpful, but I am really unsure what the difference between the new hammer and match hammer are? I am doing a complete dissasembly of my new USP tonight and compare the two.

the hammers are different I believe. They certainly looked different. The Custom sport I had, had the old style match hammer. The hammer on my new stainless is not a match hammer, but does have the u shaped notch indicative of new usp's. All my Match parts were switched over. SA is very nice as it was before. The DA is not any better than it was before. No creep before, but near the end it has a lull that I don't recall from before. Match hammer look totally different on engagement areas. Not as smooth as the match, but that could be due to the 12,000+ rds out of it. I did have to adjust the trigger stop, but the trigger rebound spring was a ##### to put in.
