HK P7 German Police Refurbs

As we all know, there's been a number of HK P7's on the market, most of which were German police guns.

Are all of these guns refurbished? How can you tell if yours is a refurbished unit?
 
No idea if they were refurbished but mine functions 100%.

The only thing 'wrong' with them is they show varrying degrees of holster wear.

I love mine.
 
Wolverine was selling them for just under $2000. Pretty pricey little things, theres a PSP on the board for 1200 though.. damn good deal if you ask me.
 
The refurbed P7 PSP's were selling for around $800 when they came in a few years ago. About 2 years ago I got a quote of approx. $1695 for a new P7M8 from Wolverine. AFAIK the P7 series is now out of production. The P7 is one of those items on my want list that is underlined and highlighted.

the finest pistol I've ever carried as a duty weapon... 100% relaible... a little grip heavy with or with out a mag in it... I qualified expert for the department for three years with it... carried a S&W 5946 POS boat anchor and only qual'd marksman! Mags are readily available if you can get them imported from Collectors Firearms in Houston TX (www.collectorsfirearms.com/) ... last time I was in there they had 2 tupperware boxes of mags about $20.00 USD each they also had some PSP mags... I paid $1,600.00 USD for my P7M8... leather is hard to find but is out there... buy good quality only... and lest I preach to the choir this gun has a Very Different Manual of Arms any how good luck you'll enjoy it they are factory refubed guns and quality is outstanding... as previosly quoted they tend to get a little hot when shooting a couple of boxes... wear a glove or get burned from the gas retarding/extraction system...

Ps. the guys at Collectors are a little snobby at times but all in all a good place to buy from... if ya get down to Houstom be sure to go and visit them... mmmmm candy good!
 
It was TSE that imported the ex police guns. They were not refinished, simply surplus, but most were in very nice shape. They retailed for $800 and several sat around here for many months. Funny how the interest in them is peaking now that they are not available.

Yeah, I remember those. I hummed and hawed about it, then when I decided I wanted one, they were all gone. Not the first time I've missed the boat, and don't imagine it will be the last :rolleyes:
 
This is one of the guns from TSE. As you can see it is in quite good shape for a used Polizei gun.
