HK SL8 Scope Rail?

That seems to be the only place that lists it. You could check HK Pro and and put a WTB add there. They mention the same link you posted. Did you try e-mailing: docrak2001@aol.com. What is your budget? There are others but they get $$.

Here is a thread from the guy who makes them. Looks like ITAR and the US government gave him export problems.

I tried the email, but no response. Budget would depend on what it is, it would have to be something way better than the plastic HK ones or it would not be worth it IMO.
