HK USC - magazine capacity

Do mags for the HK USC have to be pinned to 5 rounds in Canada? Or, does it get a pass since it shoots a handgun caliber?

I think its 5 because the magazine is the controlled part and the mags wont fit in any pistol.

If they are USC mags - 5 rounds.

If the USC mags are interchangeable with a pistol (no idea if they are), like the USP, the USP mags could hold ten and be used in your USC.

If they are USC mags (and marked as such) - 5 rounds.
