Hello all,

I have a USP 9mm and I wanted to get more magazines but have found it quite difficult to find any. Does anyone have a recommended retailer I can call? I'm in Edmonton and Wild West, Phoenix and P-D don't have em.

Also, I wanted to get a match trigger and trijicon sights installed but have no idea who to call to get the parts and the installation done.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Wolverine Supplies can help you acquire the parts that you're looking for. You may have to wait quite some time before you receive them, though. I've had HK parts on order for about 6 months now, and only a couple of them have come in. Don't know why it's like that, but it seems to be the case with HK.

+1 on Wolverine. I have found mags at a good price at TSE in Calgary. Also check the EE. I saw some posted a week or so ago. Don't recall the price.

I have heard that the 40cal mags will cycle 9mm, with more capacity. If anyone can confirm this, you could possibly buy 40cal mags for your 9mm. I would confirm first before buying though.

Contacted Wolverine about the match trigger. Even if they can get it where should I take it to get installed. I wouldn't be comfortable putting in a new trigger.

I have the USP 45 Tactical and while the trigger isn't the best, it really isn't that bad. That gun is damn near perfect right out of the box- for me, anyways. My fellow hacks and duffers at the rod and gun club can't touch me for slow-fire work and some of them are shooting match guns.

IF you need parts...you can find them.. May not come next day but nothing does. I know people with modern Smiths and Rugers who had to wait 6+ months for their parts to come in.

9mm with shoot out of the .40S&W mags. I've experienced not very frequent feeding issues when tring this. I tired it out only and don't shoot 9mm out of .40S&W mags anymore. Some people have reported no issues at all but that wasn't my experience. Its fine for static range target shooting but I wouldn't do it if you expect reliable use out of the gun.
