I've put about 500 rounds through my USP Compact Tac now, and I have to say I like it better than any HK pistol I've owned (and I've owned them all except for an Elite or an M10). I find the grip much more comfortable than the standard USP, and I really enjoy the weight/balance of the gun. It also has the O-ring barrel (like the Mk 23, Expert, and Tac) which does seem to enhance accuracy. The other thing I've noticed is that it does not wear like some of the other pistols. On the two Mark 23s I've owned, for example, the bluing on the exterior of the barrels wore very quickly.
Anyway, get one while you can. It is an amazing pistol, and it is by no means a "small" pistol either.
