I'm impressed that you can do that. 900 rounds full auto relatively fast and the thing still works.

I've done 400-500 round tests and an AR becomes so hot as to be functionally impossible to shoot properly. Even the buffer tube becomes fricken steaming hot. I was seriously concerned the gas tube was going to blow. It went cherry red a few times.

Waiting for all the HK bashers to chime in and say the G36 is the worst weapon in the world, melts and doesn't hold zero.
My own testing at 200 meters with a cold 10 shot group and then a 10 shot group right after 110 rounds fired as fast as I could on semi-auto,
Showed no change in POI or group size.

Once again for all those who missed it:
Testing in the Yuma Desert Proving ground. 24000 rounds fired by a G36, no cleaning, no lubing (paying attention AR users who shoot thousands of rounds and brag no cleaning but lube heavily), no malfunctions and no parts breakage. No other combat rifle system in the world can match that performance.
