Hey guys
I was out to the range a few days ago with my Savage GV. Its had a Bushnell Sportsman 3-9x40mm on it, I fired 60 rounds with an average of 1 1/4" @ 100yds.
Last night I mounted my new Bushnell Legend 4-12x40AO and took it out today, what a difference. I fired about 100 rounds and easily averaged under 1". The adjustable objective works great, my targets were crystal clear till the heat waves got really bad. I bore sighted and only took 6 rounds to sight in. The adjustments were perfect every time, crisp clean clicks. The adjustable eye piece was great too.
I think it really is the perfect glass for my hummer. I would recommend this to any one looking for a budget scope in this power range.
I did two groups at 200 yds, one was 2 1/4 the other was 3". I couldn't have done that with my old 3-9 bushy.
All together, I'm very satisfied.
