There are a number of legitimate vendors that take debit only.

It is a possible indication of a scam but other identifiers on tge site also need to be checked for authenticity.

I remember the first time I bought from Henry at Budget.
Had to go to bank and do a bank transfer.
Even with all the praise here, it just felt shady for some reason.
